JUST ANOTHER SATURDAY!!!!

I THOUGHT I WOULD TAKE A MINUTE AND UPDATE MY BLOG..NOT TOO MUCH HAS BEEN GOING ON AROUND HERE..ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN SCRAPPING SO I THOUGHT I WOULD AT LEAST SHARE SOME LAYOUTS WITH YOU. AND SO FOR YOUR VIEWING PLEASURE....

SCRAPPY WEEKEND

I SPENT MOST OF MY WEEKEND SCRAPPING. ON FRIDAY NIK & I WENT TO BILLERICA MA AND PICKED LUCY UP FOR A WEEKEND OF SCRAPPING AT NIK'S HOUSE..FIRST THOUGH WE HAD TO STOP AT A LSS IN BILLERICA AND WHAT A DEAL!!!!! THE GIRL HAD 50% OFF MOST ITEMS IN THE STORE SO OF COURSE I WAS IN HEAVEN. I DID SPEND MY SHARE OF MONEY THERE BUT TO THINK I GOT IT ALL FOR 50% OFF!!!!!

OKAY BACK ON THE SUBJECT OF SCRAPPING!!! WE HEADED BACK TO MAINE AND GOT SETTLED IN FOR THE WEEKEND. I GOT A FEW PAGES DONE AND ALSO WORKED ON MY NEW FOUND LOVE A MINI ALBUM....I AM LIKING THESE MINI'S AND I PLAN TO DO AT LEAST 1 FOR EACH OF MY GRANDCHILDREN. RIGHT NOW I AM WORKING ON 1 FOR NATHAN....IT IS ABOUT HIS BASEBALL ALL STAR TEAM....

SUNDAY WE HAD A HUGE SNOWSTORM!!!! I BET WE GOT AT LEAST 15 INCHES OF SNOW...IT WAS THE LIGHT AND FLUFFY KIND SO SHOVELING WASN'T TOO BAD.. THIS IS A PICTURE I TOOK FROM MY LIVING ROOM WINDOW....OUR NEIGHBOR WAS STUCK AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO PULL HIM OUT...THE PICTURE LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE HAVING A TUG OF WAR WITH TRUCKS...IT MADE ME CHUCKLE...I KNOW I WILL HAVE TO SCRAP THIS PIC SOMETIMES!!!!!

I AM EXCITED

I submitted some layouts to RSC an e-zine for scrapbookers and they have picked up 2 of my layouts...I am super excited about this news....

I am also excited because the Creative Team at Scrapbook Doodle are having a crop this weekend and we are going to be using scraps...i know for one i have a ton of them so this will be a great chance to use them up....

WELCOME 2009

Well the new year has come and i thought it was about time i updated my blog....i am not very good at doing .....i have been scrapping and for the first time i submitted a layout to Ready Set Create....and was very excited to have it picked up to be published....

I have been trying to get all of my 2008 layouts on to a slide show which i hope to share with everyone in the next week or so....

I have been hanging out at ScrapbookDoodle and having lots of fun chatting with all the wonderful ladies that hang out ....HI DOODLE GIRLS...

Lucy will be coming up very soon to spend the weekend in Maine scrapping with Nicole and I...i can't wait...it should be a fun weekend...

I have been taking pictures everyday and i need to get them uploaded so that we can all enjoy them together...

and last but not least i have been crocheting....it is such a fun hobby to do on the long cold winter nights in Maine...also i am excited that Janice is learning to crochet....wooohooo i can't wait to see her first SCARF or HAT...

well that is about it for this time....i am so busy being Creative that i hope i can find the time to update.....
